Via Ferrata

The department's only free Via Ferrata

The via ferrata is an “intermediate” activity between hiking and climbing.

It is accessible to anyone in good physical condition and not prone to vertigo.

With family, friends or as a couple...

Via ferrata, a unique way to discover the landscape

Experience thrills in complete safety along the two routes and enjoy superb views of Fenouillèdes.

The via ferrata is an itinerary built into a rock face, equipped with metal elements designed to facilitate progress (cables, ladders, ramps…). Safety is optimized thanks to a lifeline (handrail) that provides self-belay for climbers.
