  • Production of a range of local honeys harvested in the département and gingerbread made to a 19th-century recipe (without eggs or milk).
    Visits to the honey house all year round and to the apiary from May, by appointment for 8 people or more.
    Production of a traditional honey vinegar aged in oak barrels for 10 months.
