Farm located near Perpignan in the Pyrénées Orientales.
The orchards at Le Vivier in Fenouillèdes are located in the middle of the mountains and are cultivated "the old-fashioned way without irrigation".
Harvesting is done by hand, using "gaules", bamboos that we fetch from the river to help the almonds fall into the nets.

Harvesting is done by hand, using "gaules", bamboos that we fetch from the river to help the almonds fall into the nets.
After harvesting (August-September), the almonds are stored for at least 1 or 2 months to allow them to dry properly.
The almonds are then sold in a variety of forms: in the shell, as kernels, sweetened, chocolate-covered, salted, toasted, in granola, powder, flour, but also as almond oil or puree.
The last product in the range is soap, made with our own almond oil and olive oil by a local soap-maker.
Our products are made with passion, using our certified organic fruit.
