Domaine La Petite Baigneuse farms 12.5 hectares in a single block in the highest part of the Maury appellation, bordered by garrigue. Different orientations but a single soil: schist. Philippe Wies created this estate in 2008 with the aim of producing wines as naturally as possible, while expressing the full potential of this terroir. Crystalline pale colour.
