The vines at Domaine de Sabbat grow on schist, marl and clay-limestone soils in the communes of Maury, Tautavel and Vingrau, at the foot of the Corbières Catalanes in the Agly Valley.
The winery is located in the heart of the small Mediterranean village of Latour de France, 20 km north-west of Perpignan.
