Aline has been tending 7 hectares of vines since 2009, using organic and biodynamic methods. She prefers to use plants and decoctions to increase the vines' resistance to disease. The vinification is non-interventionist, using natural methods that respect the grapes the vines have given her. You can stay on the estate in her gîte at Les Mathouans.
