Set back from the plain of Roussillon, the Maury terroir benefits from a microclimate and geology: black schist and schist marl on red clay, giving it the privilege of producing wines with exceptional flavour and power.
The Domaine's Maury wines come from vines located in the heart of this appellation, exclusively in the commune of Maury.

The Domaine's Maury wines come from vines located in the heart of this appellation, exclusively in the commune of Maury.
The Domaine also owns a vineyard in the Latour-de-France appellation. Partly planted in 1901, it produces a red wine of rare complexity. Robert, who respects the terroir, biological diversity and its ecosystem, cultivates his vines in harmony with nature. The harvest is prepared as early as August, by checking maturity and tasting the grapes.
