The 12-hectare estate consists mainly of old vines. Every effort is made, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, to respect the identity of the terroirs, which are made up of schist and gneiss.
In the vineyards, tillage has replaced the use of herbicides. The grapes are harvested by hand.
The grapes are vatted by gravity, and the vinification is carried out in concrete vats.
