Edouard Laffitte works his 7 hectares of Domaine du Bout du Monde organically in three communes of Roussillon: Lansac on granitic arena, Rasiguères on schist and Cassagnes on gneiss.
The estate's vines are located at altitude, facing north to encourage freshness and fruit, and limit alcohol.
The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is made naturally using carbonic maceration at low temperature. The wines are not filtered.
