  • On the road to the Cathar castles, in the heart of the Fenouillèdes region, producer François Raynaud pampers his 5 varieties of hand-picked apricots, which provide him with fruit from June to July. 3 hectares of apricot trees grow alongside 1.5 hectares of fig trees in the commune. Apricots can be made into table fruit, jam or nectar. The nectar, with its slightly pulpy texture, will seduce you with its liveliness, its fresh fruit aromas and its balance of sugar and acidity.
